 PHASE 1 : ONLINE SUBMISSION OF FULL LENGTH  PAPER 

 

• Maximum of  2 authors per paper.

• The papers should be in IEEE format.

• Paper should be mailed at papers.derroche2k13@gmail.com

• The mail should have its subject name as branch name along with topic name according to our given topic list,under which your paper comes.

• The first page of paper should contain name of the paper, name of author(s), email id(s), & contact number along with name of institute(s).

•  Incomplete entries in any case are liable to rejection

 PHASE 2: CONFIRMATION OF SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES

​

• Guidelines will be sent to the selected candidates through an email.

• Please note that Hard copies are not required in advance.

• Two hard copies are needed at the time of presentation only.

• Free registeration for selected candidates.

• There will be 7 min for presentation and 3 min for queries.

• The decision of the judges will be final.

• All participants must register and bring the confirmation mail in hard copy at the day of the event

• Online registration is compulsory.Unregistered students will not be allowed to participate in any event.
